Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
As the timelines were extremely strict for the phase 1, there were few post development issues. However, the best part of the team, where there is an issue, they are able to provide a quick turnaround and fix. Hence, we do not consider this as a key issue

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the Marketing Director for a large call center service. My role includes managing the various tech stacks for our company, and more obviously, the marketing.
For what projects/services did your company hire Capital Numbers, and what were your goals?
We hired Capital Numbers to be our frontend and backend developer for two websites, one in a themeless wordpress, another in a Jamstack react framework. My goal was to fix the CI that was bogging down development on my react site, while being able to increase the velocity at which we could design and create pages for each website.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I met with multiple vendors, and ultimately, Capital Numbers was the most cost effective, but their process was what sold us the most. We have an account manager who oversees all aspects of each task, and delegates each task to a person whose expertise matches the need. We loved this about the way they operate.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The original scope of work included fixing our integration with a continuous integration platform that had become somehow disconnected from our git repo and the cpanel version control. After giving all of the necessary logins and materials to fix the issue, Capital Numbers and the team were able to identify the issue that caused the the disconnect and deploy a change to the workflow that reenabled us to develop and update our site.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Abhijit, our project team leader, has been invaluable. He is an excellent communicator. He delegates tasks to the right developers, and each of them always get the issue fixed. Sumit mainly works on our react site. He is also a great communicator, and he works tirelessly to deploy changes.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Since working with capital numbers, we have no interest in hiring a new developer for our in house team. We plan to use Capital Numbers for all of our development needs, both current and in future endeavors.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Capital Numbers uses "Teamwork" to manage projects, communicate, deliver their work, and for accountability. They always meet deadlines, and are communicative about when they will be working on which projects.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They have the best communication from their team of any provider I've worked with. Their process is easy and collaborative, but doesn't demand much of me.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the owner of a platform that allows dealer to sell their cars online.
For what projects/services did your company hire Capital Numbers, and what were your goals?
I hired Capital Numbers to create my platform. They provide UIUX, Development, QA and Project Management services.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I read the reviews provided on the Clutch platform.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The objective was to provide a platform that would allow auto dealers to upload their cars, including details about the car and photos. In addition there is an area that houses details about the dealership and the customers. They can access their contracts and related documents. The entire purchasing process is done online.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I had a Project Manager along with a project lead and 2 developers working on my project
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
They've provided a very professional-looking site, though it is not yet complete at this time.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Communication tools was email and a personalized web portal. The style of the Project Manager was very accommodating. He was always on the call to ensure the information was relayed clearly and ensured I received what I requested.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The majority of their processes were smooth and our communication was frequent.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
When determining what I was supposed to pay for I needed to have a clearer understanding. Also, in order to ensure deadlines are not missed, there needs to be meeting notes and set time frames for when you will meet either on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

See above. It was a WordPress project, with PHP elements built in.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Worst Experience Ever! An 8 week website development project has been going on now for about 21 months. The development team was completely out of its depth from day 1. The site still has bugs which means I cannot (still) move to the marketing stage. I have elevated disputes to Shovan and Ani - and they simply ignore everything.
Terrible to see a CEO hide from problems like this - says it all about the internal culture. I have been involved in website development projects for 20 years and this is by far the worst performance on any project I have been on. Second to none. Unacceptable, unprofessional and excuse after excuse.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Management was terrible. I raised conerns about the team's ability in week No 2. It was clear that there was no way the project would be completed on time, and that the development team of 1 person would was far too small for a project of this type. Equally, it was clear that the deveolper (who was a nice guy to be fair) was out of his depth. Yet, management did nothing.
Over and over again, I raised complaints. Noting was done. It was clear that management did not understand the project and did not want to know. When the issue was elevated to Ani, the CEO, he was terrible. He made absolutely no effort to help matters. It was simply excuse after excuse. So long as he got paid - he didn't care. They are ignoring client complaints because you have been paid! They really have terrible customer service.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Absolutely nothing. Terrible experience.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Yes - put a proper development team on the job; and have a management team that cares about customer satisfaction. I would really avoid this company. Stop ignoring client complaints - simply because you have been paid!

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am a senior leader for a restaurant brand based out of Atlanta, GA
For what projects/services did your company hire Capital Numbers, and what were your goals?
Our website was a bit dated and many developers had worked on it because we did not have full time developers in house or outsourced dedicated to the website. Lots of bandaids and junk code and lack of functionality/features while also having lots of static code that did not scale.
Wanted to clean up prior mess, create scalable and flexible features and continue to enhance the guest experience while optimizing for SEO
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I searched online for web development partners and ran across Capital Numbers. They were highly ranked and had gotten awards from leading consulting firms that i was aware of. I looked at their work and it was impressive.
The costs were much more reasonable than on-shore teams or in-house teams. The ability to scale part time or full time resources and not be contractually obligated for long periods was a plus
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Wordpres site front end development and back end development
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Started with one and went as high as four people
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Features and functionality developed were used internally as inputs into other projects. Franchisee community loved the responsiveness of the web dev team to create features and functionality that was needed (ex. Hiring page with job applications)
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Team was fully integrated into our internal technology stack and worked as an extension of the team. Super great communication and managing expectations while delivering on time
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The developer i started working with was top notch and would think of creative ways to achieve our goal and then some. He was often thinking one step ahead and designing for future scale and maintenance while also keeping the guest experience in mind and prioritizing that
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
not yet
Capital Numbers delivered a well-designed, user-friendly, and fast solution, which automated the registration process and achieved client satisfaction. The team efficiently cooperated throughout, providing regular updates and ensuring timely completion. Overall, they were professional and quality.
