Project w/ Credit Agricole - Banking App (Flutter)
Banking mobile application, which our team of 10 Flutter specialists helped developing for Credit Agricole Bank Poland. It is worth noting that Credit Agricole was the first bank in Poland to prepare an application for retail clients in the innovative Flutter technology.
It is an application with a unique design and an innovative approach to navigation. Its greatest distinguishing feature is the Benefits Club - personalized discounts on purchases.
The new application "CA24 Mobile - full of benefits" offers a unique customer experience. It has a user interface unique on the Polish market with unique navigation elements, such as accordion cards - on the first screen, where users will find the most necessary information; a pull-out drawer with transaction history or a bottom menu that breaks the usual patterns. As a result, customers can manage their finances faster and more conveniently. New customers thanks to this application can also open an account with Credit Agricole - completely remotely using biometrics.

We’re an organization that provides software services for the Polish Justice Department, like back-office services and other solutions.
What challenge were you trying to address with Deviniti?
We wanted to implement an Atlassian Jira management tool called Big Picture. Although this tool has its documentation, it was still very complex for us because we had no experience. Therefore, we decided to hire Deviniti to help us implement it.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Deviniti provided consulting services and implemented the Jira project management tool. They also configurated it and set up the first version.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Piotr (CEO) who did the technical work. During the project, I also work with other 2–3 people from their team.
How did you come to work with Deviniti?
Deviniti had worked with our IT department before. However, I’m more of an executive, so it was my first time working with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $1,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started the project in February 2021, and it took us 2–4 days to complete it.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
As the name of the tool suggests, it gave us a big picture of the status of our projects. Before, we only had access to separate information and projects. After implementing the tool, we had a general view of all the timelines, road maps, and useful data information.
How did Deviniti perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicated through video conferences in which I described what I wanted. Then, Deviniti went to work on their own. We didn’t have a specific deadline, but everything was done within our expectations. We were really happy with the timing. It took them four days to finish it — we thought it’d take them months.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We were very happy with Deviniti’s work. I was designated to work with Piotr, and he was very professional and efficient. He did everything that I asked for and more. I wanted to leave this review because I was so happy with their service that I decided to share it.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We were content with Deviniti. I’m happy that I don’t have anything they could improve.

Be open and trust Deviniti’s team. They know what they’re doing. Just put your trust in them, and they will provide.

I’m the CEO of 361Sales. We operate in Polish and European markets and provide our clients assistance with the digital transformation process and modernizing distribution channels.
What challenge were you trying to address with Deviniti?
We needed help with a couple of projects like the development of a healthcare app and creating tech solutions for our accountancy markets, so we’re working with Deviniti.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The scope is quite wide, but during my work with a European pharmaceutical company, I was tasked with a project dedicated to flu prediction. I then invited Deviniti to work with me on the development and maintenance of the health app for Android and iOS.
Currently, we’ve just started a new European project which will focus on modernizing channels, mobile apps, and e-commerce ecosystems.

We do not measure the success of Deviniti’s performance based on the number of downloads or the statements of users, since delivering that falls on our side of the business. However, their team has been able to develop quality software on the set deadlines, with only a small number of errors during testing. Overall, I am very happy with the services they’ve provided, especially on that first engagement.

The Deviniti team has been very efficient. We use different communication channels and are in contact with all team members.

We had a series of meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. Within the first two weeks we received mock-ups and initial designs and provided feedback and. Deviniti came back with a concept which we agreed on.

We were allocated with dedicated team of Project manager who was our single point of contact and managed the rest of the team: analyst, developers and testers.

We were able to execute the project according to the plan. We received plenty of positive feedback from our customers as well.

PM that we were assigned was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates. We connected over the phone and used emails for all other communication. Overall I was impressed by performance of the team.

We were impressed with their readiness to adjust to requirements. At the same time the communications was really good and they often acted as a consultant and provided really valuable expertise which helped arriving at the optimal solution for us.

I am responsible for IT in TryPay SA - the fintech company providing money transfer transactions for customers.

We hired Deviniti to create for us the system connecting to the banks with PSD2 API. Basing on the data gathered from the customers' accounts we create a creditworthiness model which is the new product sold to our partners.

We send our RFP to few companies. Deviniti's offering met all of our requirements.

After the kick off we had a couple of online meetings. Than the detailed analyse and project schedule documents were created and the development process began. We met online once a week to discuss the status and the progress of the project. After creating the bank connectors we were presented a demo version with the administration frontend. In November we participated in UAT tests. Whole system was ready at the beginning of 2021 with most of the selected banks working.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I mostly worked with a Project Manager and a System Architect. There were also few calls with developers responsible for particular modules when necessary. In UATs process there was a tester manager involved too.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have a working PSD2 communication with ten biggest banks in Poland and we are going to double this number in the next two months. We are working on new features now focusing on the data read from the bank accounts.

We did weekly online status meetings. The was also constant mail communication and online workshops when necessary. The Confluence project management environment was used.

They are a company of professionals. Their reaction for changing the requirements and processes during the lifetime of the project was instant. The whole team has strong problem-solving skills and finds solutions when any obstacles appear. Many solutions were worked out together by Deviniti and TryPay teams.

Currently I don't see any areas for improvement.

We needed control versioning system and development tool for current maintaince and future projects in our company.

We did a online research and found out that Deviniti could give us full support in installation and organize training of our stuff, so we could manage maintaining this control versioning system on our own.

As control versioning system we have chosen Gitlab. We have accepted offer from Devinity and signed contract with them. Because of small IT team on our site we had some issues with organizing it smoothly, but eventually we managed to work it out in timely manner.
They were also flexible about terms of training so we could wait for new staff to get hired and be trained on maintainingour new Gitlab Server on premises.

We had a contact with Account Manager. We had also online discuss about how we want to proceed with this installation with team of 4 people from their side. We decided to start from small installation and scale out when we have more projects in development. We had also had trainer from their side.

We can now launch our new project and provide support for 3rd party companies so any progress is visible to us. We can control now what is going on and we can determine milestones in new projects. Also we can do better maintaince support as we can integrate with JIRA.

The project included the creation of a mobile application for drivers (Android and iOS). The element of the solution was the mobile application server and connection with our main system. The scope of the project was coding, testing, UX and project management. All elements were successfully implemented.

How did you select Deviniti?
We did not know Deviniti before. After gathering the requirements (business, legal, security) and designing the initial workflow and data structure we have contacted several vendors to present their solutions. Deviniti presented a Freshdesk product.
Considering all vendors, Deviniti has accurately referred to our requirements as well as shared best market practices to improve the design. The presenter was very well prepared and was competent to answer in all areas (even such as legal or security) on spot. Deviniti proved its experience in similar implementations, understanding of the present business challenges and presented customer centricity
Describe the project in detail.
Firstly, Deviniti was involved in estimating if the legal and security requirements are met (data processing) by the product owner. Once done we were cooperating with the representative on setting up a test environment to test and complete the initial configuration delivered by us: data structure, labeling, flows, groups, templates, calling etc.
After few adjustments and UATs, Deviniti uploaded the master data and assisted us during the go-live and hypercare. Deviniti was also responsible for training super users for Freshdesk.

Team was consisting of 1 Deviniti consultant From our side it was 3 IT analysts, 4 Business representatives, procurement specialist, security consultant and a legal officer.

System was implemented successfully starting from day 0 without any major issues. Solution allowed to scale support and match the volume on time, ensuring no degradation of the service. Stakeholders as well as the users were very satisfied with the solution. It has been recognized internally and also chosen by other support departments. It also got an interest in other affiliates. I also have received a credits for Deviniti from other team members which stated it was really professional.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The scheduling was always on point. Deviniti proved to understand the desired outcome and really cooperate toward it. Response rate and engagement is great. We were always updated on the status without a need to follow up.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
It is a rare case where the vendor really participates in the implementation - wants to understand the outcome and looks for the best solution. The response rate and availability of Deviniti representatives makes you feel you are being looked after. Company really cares about their reputation.
The quality stays the same in a "live" phase - no matter how rarely or often you contact or who is representing Deviniti at the time. This is also visible in their portfolio - all products are well chosen instead of just going with wide range of big players.

I am the PM at a law company based in Gdynia. Our company has about 80 employees and we serve clients across Poland. I supervise works related to the maintenance and development of the ICT system created by Deviniti.
For what projects/services did your company hire Deviniti, and what were your goals?
We hired Deviniti to assist with the implementation and development of an internal ICT system. The aim of the project is to provide and adapt functions based on the changing law and needs defined by product owners.
How did you select Deviniti and what were the deciding factors?
We did online research of IT companies and we selected five based on their websites. After contacting each company, we narrowed it down to two and selected Deviniti based on the quality of their proposal and their willingness to train our team.

After selecting this supplier, we had a series of meetings to discuss our goals and tasks. During the first meetings, Deviniti presented us with its version of the system that allows us to manage the work of the law firm. After our feedback, Deviniti returned with a concept that we agreed to.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Initially we were assigned a project manager to support us and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project. I only spoke with our PM but was made aware that there were two front end and two back end developers behind the scenes
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We went through the period of establishing stable execution processes and right now are capable of developing new features at full speed.

We use Jira for project management. They review the requirements, ask any questions, provide an estimate, and based on the estimate, we have a due date. It’s been a good experience.

Thanks to the tool Deviniti implemented, the client had access to a general view of all of their projects, which facilitated their work. The team is trustworthy and professional. They worked in a timely manner to make sure expectations were met. Future clients will benefit from working with them.
