I am the Director of Where's Free Ltd. We offer a product to users of O365 that helps them find and book free rooms and desks. The solution also indicates 'Where's safe?' in the post-Covid workplace.
For what projects/services did your company hire MajestiX Studio?
We recently invested in substantial changes to our software product in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. 'Where's Free?' now tells users 'Where's Safe?' in addition to which rooms and desks are available.
What were your goals for this project?
To communicate a number of key but complex messages and ideas to non-specialist viewers in a learning video, so that potential customers understand the new as well as the old product offer.
How did you select MajestiX Studio?
We engaged with several potential video animation producers. The others simply wanted to be given instructions and to be told what to do. We weren't entirely sure what the best approach would be at the outset. Majestix Studio were the only people to come up with suggestions, alternatives, objections etc and to steer us in the right direction. At the same time they willingly and constructively worked with material we provided.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
Majestix produced a high quality explainer video for us using a combination of animation, icons, graphic and photo images and music. We supplied a 'flight path' story board and a recording of the actress's voice reading the script we had produced for Majestix to build against
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
We exchanged emails and worked through multiple 'draft' versions - some brief to simply illustrate styles and options
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The resulting video is well paced and highly illustrative of the points we wanted to make. It's a clear success in terms of our objectives for it.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Effective. We found Majestix responsive and that they never wasted time.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Every time I asked 'Could we...perhaps...if possible' Majestix came up with something that exceeded our expectations.
Are there any areas for improvement?
None come to mind.
