The CEO of Signature Approved Multi Services Office (RDSAMSO) is a long time friend. I actually built his first business website 16 years ago while I was in college. 

Then we lost contact and he hired another company to do his website. They overcharged him by thousands of dollars, but he is a financial guru and smart enough to know when to end a business relationship. As a result, that web design company took his website and domain name hostage. Raoul was very concerned and contacted Naossoft, we went through a great length of trouble to extract all of his data, acquired a new domain that is more in line with his business and delivered his new website. 

They were all impressed with our work particularly his son because of how professional and responsive (accessible via mobile, ipad, laptop, and PC) the site is now.

The unfortunate Corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic changed everything, the need to get the church online became crucial. We worked together and quickly came up with a plan to build a website for the church. At such a time when it becomes so important for members to rally and pray, but unfortunately most houses were in lockdown and everyone has to keep their distance. We knew right away that certain key features and technologies would be critical to the success of this project.

NAOSSOFT integrated the church seamlessly with live video and social media streaming to allow the church to broadcast and share sermons and other events. They can now hold services online as well as using teleconference. Certainly, the members have a way to pay tithe online since members were no longer attending church physically because of the virus. We partnered with tithe.ly and integrated their payment solution which makes giving to the church simple, and fast. NAOSSOFT Incorporated a simple calendar function to display the day and times of services and other activities right on the homepage. The church website is responsive meaning the site can be accessed via any device to include PC, laptop, phone and tablets. Since the church is diverse, we also incorporated google language translation. At Miami First Haitian Free Methodist Church, the most imperfect are welcome because none of us is perfect, and anyone can be redeemed in Jesus. As it is not human work, but a divine undertaking between God and man, transformation surely happens when we let the Lord replace our weakness with his strength and grace.

CEO Michel Dubuisson is a regular at NAOSSOFT. He is one of our earliest customers and partner. He has recently tasked us with developing a website for his new non-emergency transportation company Radiant Transit LLC. In fact, he got us involved incredibly early in the process and we were able to help him find a name for his business, we created the logo, created all of the social marketing and developed the website. In addition, NAOSSOFT is contracted to provide digital marketing for Radiant Transit.

Mr. Dubuisson saw a need for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) during the pandemic. He noticed that every time a patient used some form of transportation, especially ride sharing, they get exposed to viruses, COVID-19 in particular. Most patients who use non-medical transportation are the most vulnerable: elderly, the disabled, or people with chronic illnesses. When these groups of people catch the Coronavirus, the chances of death occurring rise because of their existing medical conditions and often they do not have a strong immune system. Radiant Transit wants to save lives that are at risk by becoming one of the few transportation organizations that follows keeps up with CDC guidelines. Mr. Dubuisson understands how a lot of patients depend on their doctor appointments. Sometimes it’s hard for patients to find reliable transportation. It’s the reason he started this company and he is using his medical background to put customers and patients before profits, and to ensure that people can find that reliable trustworthy transportation which is Radiant Transit.

Chic Style is the newest member of the NAOSSOFT family. CEO Cassandre of Chic Style LLC was referred to us by one of our current customers, and instantly became part of the NAOSSOFT family. Since Chic Style is a new business, we took them under our wings and provided full business consulting to help them establish the actual business. In order for an e-commerce business to be successful, it has to be branded properly. Cassandre knows exactly what she wants when it comes to the design, and branding of the site, and NAOSSOFT delivered.

Chic Style website is stylish, built with intuitive user experience. The site is fully responsive and mobile-compatible. Chic Style is equipped with the following: Unlimited Product Variations: Offer any number of variations (like color, size, fabric and so on) for a product with the option to set prices, stock and images for each variation.

Import and export products: Add and update product information like name, short description, regular and sale price, and more using a CSV file.

NAOSSOFT approached Elie and offered our services a year before. His firm was right in the middle of tax season – their busiest time of the year. We became friends and stayed in communication, and even talked about the project, his vision and the challenges. We treat all our customers and potential customers as part of the NAOSSOFT family, and our main goal is to help them market their products and services effectively. The key here, NAOSSOFT understands how challenging it can be for a business to find time for other projects. We assured Sam that we would take care of it all. As part of the agreement with Sam Tax & Multi-Services LLC (STMS), NAOSSOFT agreed to do the copywriting (content writing) in addition to the web development while Sam and his team remain focus on their business operations. We ensured that every deliverablewas reviewed and approved accordingly by Sam. Sam as a developer himself is a visionary and had specific technical requirements. After all, his company Sam Tax & Multi-Services LLC is a leading tax preparation company in Indianapolis, IN.

As requested, a google translator was incorporated as STMS serves a remarkably diverse customer base, the tool allows customers to translate the site into their own language from English, French Creole to Filipino. A square up appointment tool has also been integrated to allow customers to book and secure appointments with STMS staff.

 The website is easy to navigate and broken down into area of services provided. This makes it easier for customers to focus on the service that they are interested in. The site was built in WordPress Content Management System which will make it easy for STMS staff to update content on their own without the help of developers. This is a win for STMS especially during tax season when providing updated tax information to customers is crucial. The STMS email was integrated into Microsoft 365 which allows them to use Microsoft Outlook and other software from the Microsoft suite. Agnew Lighting Design hired Naossoft to design and develop a website specifically based on their requirements. Mr. Agnew knew exactly what he wanted and we follow through and delivered. Stevie O’Brian Agnew is currently the Resident Lighting Director for Florida Grand Opera. He has a diverse design background from opera, plays, corporate, dance, private, and consulting. Stevie has also worked for The Santa Fe Opera, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Miami Youth Ballet, Ash Lawn Opera, and Marc Wollin Productions. Mr. Agnew holds a Masters of Fine Arts in Lighting Design from Carnegie Mellon University School of Drama.

Vulcan Construction Group hired Naossoft for business consulting to draft a contractor agreement for their contractors and sub-contractors. The owner Ayodele was very happy with our service and decided to hire us to do everything when he found out that we are a one stop shop. While Ayodele and his team took care of running day-to-day operations, we did everything else including logo, content, design and website.
