Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the managing partner at a software development and online marketing agency.
What challenge were you trying to address with TASNADI & CO?
We were trying to refresh our business website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
TASNADI & CO has come up with a completely new look for our company. Initially, we had a workshop where we worked on the brand strategy. The second phase was based on the seminar; they developed some first drafts and layouts. Then, they finalized all those things into a web design.
All in all, the main goal was to find the right structure and colors for the website. The logo wasn’t touched; they just created the site's new corporate identity from scratch. Since we’re a software development company, they’ve been mainly involved with redesigning all our websites on the layout, so it’s basically Photoshop work.
For us, the most important thing is the usability and improvement of the UX — those are our requirements. They’ve combined all the information on the old website and come up with a fresh look and a better UX with the new design.

How did you come to work with TASNADI & CO?
Another partner brought TASNADI & CO along. They were involved in networking events, and they got to know them. They came to us with a project, but unfortunately, we couldn’t fulfill it at the time because we didn’t have the capacity back then. However, we liked their design work and approach and thought they’d be a perfect partner.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $3,000–$6,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in June 2021 and are still engaged. After we cooperated on web design, we’re looking forward to involving them even more.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We haven’t implemented the design yet, so it’s too early to tell. The development phase is ongoing, but we can say that their approach to brand strategy is the right way to do it. They have a very professional approach. Moreover, we’re confident that the impact of the new design will be positive.
How did TASNADI & CO perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve definitely done a good job. They meet the deadlines, although they could be a bit more elaborate about how they’ll meet them. We communicate with ticketing and project management systems such as Trello and Gmail.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The owner is never tired of getting involved. Overall, their priority is to ensure the client gets what they need.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Given our project’s circumstances, I don’t have any criticism here. Maybe the time estimation could be a bit more realistic.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Listen and learn. The work should be done by specialists, not individuals or companies with no idea.

I am the CEO of a IT consulting company. We are based in Budapest, Hungary but run projects across Europe. I'm responsible for business strategy and operations.
For what projects/services did your company hire TASNADI & CO?
We wanted to improve our marketing but realised that our messaging and brand identity were not where they should have been. Our website was dated and not focused on the right target group therefore our clients did not find the right content at the right place and bounced as a result.
What were your goals for this project?
We needed fresh pairs of eyes to come in and go back to the core of what sets us apart from the competition and make is visual in our branding. Our goal was to give the company a fresh look and convey our values to our customers.
How did you select TASNADI & CO?
We recently started working with a new marketing agency and they recommended setting up a meeting with TASNADI & CO. Even during the first meeting their professional approach and fresh ideas around branding came through, it was refreshing to have them around the table. After the meeting our management team had a quick session where we unanimously voted to start the project with them.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
We began by going through our best client projects evaluating the value we delivered to each of them. This resulted in a Top 10 list of benefits of working with our company. As a next step TASNADI & CO interviewed some of our clients to validate our findings.
This also allowed them to get to know our customers better and figure our ways to tweak our brand to resonate with the next prospect better. Their approach was very hands on and to the point, no time was wasted on meaningless meetings and presentations, it was just pure work and fun.
We provided old brand material and marketing content which they turned into fresh and crispy website and other brand prototypes. We had a few meetings to iron out details then they sent of the final versions with no delay.
What was the team composition?
We worked with their Senior Brand Consultant who was allocated to the project end to end. This was a big plus that we always talked to the same person so no information was lost.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our website bounce rate halved as a result of the project and we saw an increase of 30% of visitors filling out our contact form. This was a nice surprise as it's hard to achieve such improvements in our market.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
What surprised us was the lack of delay. Usually 3rd parties fail to keep tight deadlines but this project was spot on in terms of communication, project management and receiving the final product.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their professionalism and attention to detail are something we would highlight. When we asked for a small modification they sent us at least two versions to choose from to ensure they make the change in the right direction.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We felt that sometimes they spent too much time on minor details. This could have been prevented by asking a few more questions to get the impact of the request right. This must have resulted in more unnecessary work for them.

TASNADI & CO redesigned our brand in a way that kept everything that made our hair salon special, while making it suited to grow. First, they helped identify our core brand values, and built a brand strategy based on their findings. Next, they redesigned our brand identity. We really wanted to keep our logo and colors, but we knew it was necessary to modernize. They also defined our verbal identity, and helped us codify how we work and communicate with clients. Finally, they packaged everything into an extensive brand identity guide, which could be handed over to each franchise partner, making sure that each hair salon would represent what we believe in.
What was the team composition?
The founder, Oliver is always personally involved in each project. There were 2 designers working with us as well.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our first franchise location was a great success when it first opened. The atmosphere, the way it looked, the employees, everything was exactly the way it was supposed to be. It was amazing to see how our brand had been extended beyond our original, single location.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They were easy to work with and always kept deadlines. Oliver was our primary contact, he was responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They really managed to capture the essence of our business, in a way that way seemed trivial once it was finished, but we never could have come up with it ourselves. They really respected all the love that had gone into creating this business over the past decade.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder of Education Europe Group, a group of local schools located in Mexico. We have several language schools, including kindergarten and teachers’ training.
What challenge were you trying to address with TASNADI & CO?
I wanted to change the branding because we had a new market that we wanted to get. We needed to change our image to meet a new client’s needs.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The team at TASNADI & CO helped us with rebranding and marketing. In the beginning, I wasn’t sure about all the projects, but we worked closely together.
Along the way, I went to their office, and we continued to add more things to the project. When they delivered their initial work, we had another meeting where they presented the results and ideas.
They did the whole social media package, preparing posts for upload and helping with our social media campaigns. They also prepared the colors, fonts, and the image for the websites. It’s like a brand book of the steps of execution. We have the manual now that employees can use.
Their team also gave us photos and marketing materials. They did animations for the logo and brand. The team also created printables, doing everything we wanted to restart the company.

How did you come to work with TASNADI & CO?
I’ve worked with other companies, and they’re not that international. I was asking around, and TASNADI & CO was recommended to me. I approached them because they’re a young company, and I also like to work with companies that aren’t old-fashioned.
I thought the values that they had would be useful for our company. I had a meeting with them, and they asked us many questions about who our clients are. They also did very good projects for restaurants and other reputable companies in Hungary. Compared to other companies, their prices weren’t as high.

We’ve invested $1,500.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from June–September 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We received the support we needed. The team had new ideas that I really liked. It was a great project that was delivered very professionally. The results and everything they gave us is still beneficial.
Another business manager of our company is based in China. We had to work with her as well, and their team was flexible in that online work.
TASNADI & CO is full of marketing experts. In the beginning, I was sketching some logos, but then they did their own work and research. They asked the right questions. In the end, they provided me with other ideas entirely different than what I showed, but I really liked it.
How did TASNADI & CO perform from a project management standpoint?
It worked very well because we’re an international team, and we have no issues in communication.
They always answered our calls. If there were questions, we had meetings, and they gave us proposals, and then we’d have a meeting again. We could change things. They were very professional from the beginning until the end.
We went to their headquarters, and they have a small room for clients, and the way they presented it was professional. We were delighted.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re relatively young, and I like to work with young people. I like that they’re a similar age to me. Throughout the engagement, they were flexible to changes.
The team at TASNADI & CO understands the trends while delivering professional work. They can have international clients, which is great. We can also do our printing needs through them. They facilitate the work super well.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Maybe their prices could be a bit more competitive, or they could offer more promotions.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Work with TASNADI & CO. They know what the client wants. They get to know you very well and deliver within a reasonable time frame. The way they deliver is also very professional.

I’m the owner of a bike shop in The Netherlands. We sell bicycles online and offline, and we offer repair and maintenance services.

We needed help with online advertising.

TASNADI & CO is responsible for all our online visual content, as well as some offline material, including flyers and newspaper ads. Their team designs ads based on my input, and they post on Instagram and Facebook.

How did you come to work with TASNADI & CO?
I met Oliver (Founder & CEO) while doing volunteer work abroad. I live in The Netherlands, and he’s from Budapest, Hungary but we started working together from there, and the collaboration’s grown every year.
What is the status of this engagement?
I started working with TASNADI & CO in January 2018 and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since we only started online advertising in the last two months, it’s a bit difficult to measure the impact, so we don’t have significant figures yet.
However, the quality of TASNADI & CO’s work is high, and the communication is very good. What I admire about them is that their deliverables are almost always perfect after just one briefing. They know me and what I like, so we don’t need a lot of reviewing.
How did TASNADI & CO perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve performed very well and I’m really happy with them. Otherwise, I would’ve gone to another company. They provide reports after every campaign, and we discuss what went well and what could’ve gone better.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The communication with their team is always quick and accurate. With other agencies, if I asked them multiple questions in one email, they’d answer one, and I’d have to ask the rest of them again.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There is nothing from my point of view that they need to improve. I’m very happy with TASNADI & CO, and I hope it’ll stay like this.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
The price and quality ratio is very good from a Netherlands perspective, and I think it would be great for others as well.
